![]() It reminds me of the situation many months ago when after an update we were frequently getting a new message to the effect of "A fish tried to bite, but is gone", or whatever it was (and was soon after reverted). In the least, "Pulled Away" seems to be imprecise / deceptive / confusing. ![]() But still, my thinking is that maybe it is overly sensitive / too easily triggered (and often too frequent). So what follows is how to set a float to catch fish in a lake, with a basic fishing set and no prior knowledge of fishing. Many fishing sets are basic and barely have enough equipment to catch fish. Perhaps this is due to the current causing the bait to drift away from the fish. Category: How-to’s In the summer, I often see people fishing with float fishing sets bought in the high street. My assertion is simply that the "Bait pulled too far." message seems unwarranted, since the message appears when there has been no movement / no input at all from the player. Usually after the "Bait pulled too far." messages, if the bait is left alone, another fish will soon bite again. However I must say it is not really having too harsh of an impact on my overall ability to catch catfish, as I am still able to catch many. Although I experience this problem everywhere, it is indeed a very frequent issue while fishing for catfish in North Carolina. ![]()
